Care for Your Cups...Custom tumbler care.

Care for Your Purchase

Please Treat them gently

Our tumblers love to be hand washed. That's really the only way you should clean our personalized cups. It is definitely not suggested to use abrasive cleaner or detergents while you're cleaning them though as this practice can wear down the epoxy and ruin your cup. Please don't soak these custom cups either. I've taken care to ensure the epoxy is cured and impenetrable however, this can change with time and temperature conditions. A small chip after dropping it might not be noticeable but, if the tumbler is soaked for a long period of time, water could seep into the shell and ruin the beauty of the cup. Tumbler care is important to protect your investment.

Always remember these tumblers are

``````````````````````not microwave or dishwasher safe. They are made of metal and will destroy your microwave. When heated, the epoxy has the potential to wear out, melt or crack. Although it's not likely to happen, subjecting these items to high temperatures can ruin the finish.
Cold temperatures hold the same danger. Freezing the tumbler is not good for it as the metal will expand and eventually crack the outer coatings of epoxy.  As such, they should not be left in hot cars or placed in the freezer.
These tumblers will crack or chip if they're dropped. Although I would love to sell you another one, I would hate to see the items damaged.
